Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear and undergarments (unless unopened and in original packaging)

  • Final sale or clearance products

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. Ship the product using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@geamygroup.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
